Schedule Your Service

Please review the details below the scheduler to know what to expect when you make an appointment. If you're not sure what type of service you need, call us and we'll help you figure it out.

how it works:

  1. Decide what tune-up or service you need. Call us if you're unsure.
  2. Schedule an appointment for an assessment/consultation with the service advisor.
  3. Bring your bike to the shop on the day of your appointment. The service advisor will review the bike with you and confirm if we'll be able to do the work. If we can, we'll take it in and give you an estimate of when it'll be done. If we can't, we'll give you our best advice to make it rideable and recommend any minor work you may be able to do on your own.
  4. We'll call or email you when your bike is ready to pick up.

If your bike is older and hasn't been ridden or tuned up in many years, please call us before scheduling an appointment and tell us a little bit about it so we can let you know straightaway if we'll be able to work on it.

If you roll-up with your bike and don’t have an appointment, we’ll do the assessment and book the next available time for you. You may need to take your bike home with you.
