Items bought in store or online may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery if they're in perfect, unused condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt is required to return items bought in store.
To start a return for an online order, contact us at email@example.com with your order number. If your item qualifies for a refund, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
Once your return arrives to us and is evaluated, you'll receive an email confirming we've received the item. If it's accepted for return, we'll process the refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Live nearby? Bring your return to the shop, we'll check it out, and issue a refund if it's in proper shape.

- Trainer and car rack boxes must be unopened to be eligible; return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility
